Hands-on training with Business Model Canvas, Target Operating Model choices, Business Capabilities, and roadmapping. Gain deep insights into how to model an organization through Capabilities, and how to move towards the target business architecture by increasing your capabilities in incremental steps.
Every training day starts at 9 AM and ends at 1 PM (Brussels Time). For this training, the self-paced learning period starts two weeks before the start date.
